Randi began her career in 1996 as Marketing Associate for American Red Cross’ chapter marketing team. She also served as a senior copywriter and account executive for a Greenville, SC advertising agency, directing high-profile projects for clients, including Alemite, BMW Manufacturing, Porsche North America, Michelin North America, BF Goodrich, multiple universities and a number of regional and local accounts. She’s produced award-winning work for Charter Communications and Comcast Cable, and was awarded the 2002 Bronze Summit Award for individual talent in copywriting. Her 20+ years of marketing and advertising experience have helped propel her client initiatives with strategic communications planning, project planning and execution, creative development, copywriting, implementation and measurement, and helped prepare her for the role she has today at Genworth.

Robert (Bob) Broeksmit is President and CEO of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Bob is a senior finance executive and corporate officer with a 33-year career in the mortgage sector. He has directed all aspects of lending activities, including marketing, sales, operations, secondary marketing, loan servicing, and default management. He has also served as a mortgage underwriting expert testifying on many large, high-profile cases. Prior to joining MBA in 2018, Bob served as President and Chief Operating Officer with Treliant, heading the firm’s mortgage litigation support practice and serving diverse financial services clientele including large banks, independent mortgage lenders, community banks, credit unions, and service providers to the mortgage industry. Before Treliant, Bob held senior leadership positions in the mortgage business, including fourteen years with Chevy Chase Bank (including after its purchase by Capital One), where he was Executive Vice President and President of its B.F. Saul Mortgage Company subsidiary. Bob also was a Vice President at Prudential Home Mortgage for seven years. He has overseen annual originations of $9 billion, a balance sheet of $10 billion in residential mortgages, and a servicing portfolio of $20 billion. He also held positions at Great Western Mortgage, Krupp Residential Mortgage, and The Money Store.
Bob has served as the Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Residential Board of Governors and as a member of its Board of Directors. Firms under his leadership have garnered multiple awards for servicing operations excellence, including Freddie Mac’s Tier One and Hall of Fame designations. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and a graduate of Yale University.

Jason Wright is the Director of Lenders One eMortgage Services. He is assisting Lenders One members capitalize on the technological advantages and opportunities created by the technologies and services provided by the cooperative.
Prior to Lenders One, Mr. Wright worked with PeirsonPatterson, LLP in Dallas, TX. He worked hand in hand with PeirsonPatterson on their eClose platform since the release in 2008. While there, he closed and facilitated almost 10,000 eClose transactions on the PeirsonPatterson platform. Mr. Wright also worked with investors, warehouse lenders, attorneys, settlement agents and real estate professionals educating and onboarding to eSign technology.
Mr. Wright was a founding partner of Wright Law & Title in 2006. His company closed commercial and residential transactions throughout Texas and was a pioneer in eClosing in Texas.
Mr. Wright speaks regularly at national and regional conferences on eClose. He has also been a regular CE instructor for Real Estate Professionals in Texas regarding eClosing technology.
Mr. Wright holds a B.S in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (cum laude) and a J. D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He lives with his wife and 3 children in Frisco, Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association, and is a member of ESRA and PRIA.
Kerry Caldwell is the National Director of Sales for the Enterprise Business Intelligence division of Black Knight. He is responsible for establishing and aligning mortgage lender’s business intelligence initiatives with EBI service offerings, resulting in meaningful and actionable insights that improve profitability, increase operational efficiency and help reduce overall risk within their organizations.
Kerry has 22 years of experience in the Mortgage and Technology Industry spanning from loan origination, production management and information management technologies.
Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Giselle Ugarte is the director of marketing at Media Bridge Advertising. Simultaneously, she’s a multimedia personality, writer and producer, who has worked with brands and outlets from all over the world. She’s especially driven by using social media, modern technology, and food, as means to build confidence through personal engagement and storytelling, as she connects daily with more than 300k followers. Each day welcomes multiple offices, from the boardroom to the television studio (and vlogging everywhere in-between), and wearing a lot of hats, from digital analyst and backpack producer to motivational speaker and talent coach. Working under pressure and breaking the status quo are just some of her specialties.
In addition to voicing the morning show and leasing branding direction at Go Radio, Giselle worked with major names, like Buzzfeed, COVERGIRL, Dash Radio, E! Entertainment, Entertainment Tonight, Hollywire, Proactiv+, and The Today Show (Australia), just to name a few. She’s also a long-time gymnastics coach and member of Young Professionals Board for Special Olympics, an ambassador for Midwest Special Services and Secondhand Hounds, an all-star captain and a member of the Advisory Council for Best Christmas Ever, and she was hand-picked for the Ballpark Enhancement Committee for the Minnesota Twins. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is passionate about bringing out the best from every person she works with.
