Millennial Realtors® are key to accessing the Millennial home-buyer market, which make up over one-third of new home purchases according to the National Association of Realtors. In this 1-hour session, Kristin Messerli of Cultural Outreach will detail what Millennial Realtors value in lender relationships, and how to find and connect with Millennial referral partners. Effective communication methods, and how to develop social media and marketing strategies to build a network of Millennial real estate partners will be discussed.
Meet the Presenter:
Kristin Messerli is the Founder of Cultural Outreach and Managing Editor for Mortgage Women Magazine. Kristin is a national speaker on the topic of business growth will Millennials and multicultural consumers, and she is the founder of Cultural Outreach, helping companies reach Millennials and underserved segments through employee training and corporate strategy. Kristin has spoken at over 100 conferences, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Bar Association, and Harvard Business School.
Kristin holds over 13 years of experience working in multicultural business and social work. Prior to starting her business, Kristin was a social worker and community educator in the Latino immigrant community. She also led teams of volunteers locally and abroad to develop sustainable business practices, and she has consulted for multinational social enterprises with the Center for Creation of Economic Wealth (CCEW). Kristin was trained by former McKinsey consultants at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her Master of Public Administration. Kristin co-authored the MBA’s Section 342 Compliance Toolkit and is the Managing Editor for Mortgage Women Magazine.
