Government Affairs Task Force
Through collaboration and advocacy, the DEI committee aims to enhance diversity, eliminate biases and cultivate an environment that values and respects individuals from all backgrounds. While DEI committees traditionally focus on creating inclusive workplace cultures, as real estate professionals, we have a unique opportunity to extend our impact beyond colleagues and into the broader community. By developing policies, organizing training programs and implementing strategies to ensure equal opportunities, we can contribute to expanding homeownership access to the larger community.
