With this being our first in-person meeting since COVID, we are asking Members who intend to attend in person to be vaccinated and boosted. We are going to try to include a Zoom Meeting link to this meeting for those who are not vaccinated or who cannot otherwise attend in person.

EVENT POLICIES:
REFUND POLICY (Individual attendees)
Refunds will be available up to 5 business days prior to the event date. Refunds requested after the deadline may be available at the discretion of the MMA. This policy may be superseded by individual event contractual attendance guarantees. Refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
REFUND POLICY (Sponsorships and exhibitor space)
Refunds will not be available for sponsorships or exhibitor space.
RECRUITING POLICY
Solicitation and/or distribution of employment opportunities is prohibited at all MMA events. The penalty for non-compliance with this policy is immediate expulsion from the event without a refund of fees paid in association with the event.
ANTITRUST POLICY
The MMA has adopted an antitrust policy which prohibits any activity that could result in anticompetitive activities at association events or meetings.
