The purpose of the MMA Educational Fund is to support industry education for people who want to further their mortgage knowledge, strengthen the knowledge base for the association and to help expose our membership and the MN mortgage industry to additional education, best practices and resources. Each $1,000 award is granted to support the education of a recipient who has demonstrated a commitment to the industry through participation in association events and committees, and a desire to advance their knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry.

The monies from this fund could be used towards industry education, such as the School of Mortgage banking, the Future Leaders program, or any other educational program for mortgage professionals. The MMA Board will select the Education Fund winners based on the application and any follow up information requested from the applicant. The funds will be paid directly to the course provider, not directly to the recipient of the Award.

Winners will be asked to provide a short briefing, verbal or written, of their experience after having completed their class, education, or credit by using the award. For more information about the MMA Education Fund, please contact info@themma.org.
